I recommend Dr. Cabayan highly. He listens to you and will ultimately do whatever it takes to try to heal you. He will actively seek the best option for the patient. I trust him implicitly and have advised my family to seek his medical attention.

With his trained and committed medical staff, Dr. Cabayan continues to provide the highest level of treatment to patients injured on the job or as a result of third-party fault.  Above all, our primary goal is to restore his patients to the optimum level of life and work activities.

Our office provides treatment for a wide-range of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions, including but not limited to the following body parts:

    • Neck and back
    • Hip and pelvis

Dr. Cabayan is also a Qualified Medical Examiner for the purposes of the workers’ compensation system in the state of California.

Our medical providers also value a personalized approach to treating patients under their care, and develop a treatment plan that meets the unique medical needs of the patient, ranging from pain management to physical therapy.  We also weigh all relevant medical factors and options prior to recommending surgery to our patients, but understand that surgical intervention is often required.

Cabayan Orthopedics accepts most forms of California Workers’ Compensation insurance.  Please see our list of medical networks.  In addition, as appropriate, our medical providers treat personal injury patients on a lien basis.  Our office also offers translation services involving non-English-speaking patients, including Spanish and other languages.  If you are interested in scheduling an appointment or would like additional information, please contact our office at (510) 724-4586 and ask for our New Patient Coordinator.
